If you or your loved one needs a little assistance with daily activities, the caring staff at Harvest Homes is here to help. You can maintain your highest level of independence with an individual care plan specific to your unique needs. Harvest Homes provides support at various levels with the activities of daily living. Whether you require help getting dressed, bathing, keeping track of medications, or getting around safely, our around-the-clock care staff and nursing team can provide the support you need.

With around-the-clock care and monitoring, our dedicated team is ready to provide assistance whenever needed. We ensure that residents are always in good hands.
Care coordination overseen by a nursing team
Our Licensed and Registered nurses oversee every aspect of care coordination and work closely with all caregivers and med techs to monitor the health and well-being of every resident.
Customized care planning
We provide individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. We can assist with medication management, mobility, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and gentle reminders and cueing.
Life engagement program, including wellness
Our life engagement program is designed to enhance residents’ physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. Weekly outings, and daily activities including arts and crafts and therapeutic horticulture coupled with Tai chi and yoga ensure residents experience an enriching and well-rounded lifestyle.
Home-cooked meals and snacks
Our dietary staff prepares breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for our residents. Our homemade and hearty meals meet Residents’ nutritional needs and unique dietary requirements.
Weekly housekeeping and laundry services
Our on-site housekeeping staff provides weekly apartment cleanings and laundry services to maintain cleanliness, comfort, and convenience.
All utilities including basic cable and Wi-Fi (excluding phone)
All utilities, including cable TV and Wi-Fi, are included in the monthly rent making it easy for residents to stay connected with family members.
